Our deliveries are made by Canada Post.
When finalizing the purchase, the customer can select other rates offered by Canada Post. The charges are then displayed at the time of payment.
Please note that additional delivery charges may apply for certain remote areas in Canada. In such a case, we will contact the customer to obtain his agreement before shipping.
For deliveries, a handling fee of 10% of the order amount applies to orders.
This fee corresponds to the cost of the packaging material, the preparation time and the deposit of the order.
We are committed to fulfilling orders within 3 working days or less from receipt. If this time frame cannot be met, we will contact the customer to advise them.
In the event that a product is not available at the time the order is prepared, we will contact the customer to propose a replacement product or advise them of the additional delay.
For the reception of his order, the customer must allow, in addition to the preparation time, the time required by Canada Post for the delivery. This time will correspond to the delivery method selected at the time of finalizing the order.
A free "In-Store Pickup" option is available for all orders. Pick-up of the order must be done at Nation fransaskoise at 120 Sonnenschein Way, Suite 201 in Saskatoon during regular business hours.
COVID sanitary measures
